1.
Laid to rest in space eternal Captive to cryonic trance Vessels strewn to sever paths Scourges of terrestrial cells
2.
I walk beneath the signs left in arrogance I crawl through the mud of stars carved in nothingness Praise to the path for its glory is plain to see Praise to the fruit of divine vanity Once there was fire Once there was a flame When hubris befell the great and gloam yielded to the light Malfeitor of highest spheres I shall smite creation I shall deprave the soul for I am the destroyer of the promethean Path The well has ceased to give the cosmic silence… Gone what was laid bare Withdrawn the gift of gods A veil to shroud the light The walls have risen high
3.
Englobing a star to gorge on its radiance Everlasting energy Our civilisation forever secured Mine light eternally altered Mine powers concealed in slumber Habitually feasting through a swarm of orbital constructs A sphere gorging on radiance Illuminate oblivion Mass unyielding Bending to our will Will enslaved as tribute to our dominion of light I hath risen from gargantuan slumber! I lay to waste thine harvest, perished in my light Flares abound! Reaping death! Speaking through a storm of embers Decreeing the end of solar harvest Blinding beams of ruin Breaking the celestial seal Blinding beams of ruin Binding flesh to steel

5.
Ravenous lust – unbound Inhaling the dust – eternities devoured Remains of a blooming life defeated by rays of gold Tethered in will Generations bound by design A bond to suffer as one A bond cursed to fail As suns collide brilliance decays A mind once divine shattered by solar oblivion Solar Oblivion! Solar Oblivion! These crumbling Walls of reverence This Shell which holds his light These pillars of galactic force collapsing upon the stellar throne Supreme Leader of a Dying Star
6.
Through skies of ancient barren cold the weeping of a blazing rock wails Zodiacal Clouds circling the shrine of a past devoid of life The light a blinding stream Scorching waves piercing the air Obliterating grace – wondrous, mystical wrath Monumental form – fading, fading to dust Twilight descends as ashes shroud the skies in haze Oh harbinger of the ice! The light a blinding stream Scorching waves piercing the air with spears of stone The prophecy a wisdom lost to time had spoken of the ancient projectile
7.
The howling of the wretched horde vibrating through the outer sphere Slave to none, enslaving all by the might of the phallic cult You are the ones sworn to spread The seed of life The seed benign You carry forth the rotten spawn The seed of ruin The seed accursed by the gods Primordial cells left upon the arid plains Abandoned to evolve Marooned to suffer aeons vast Oh lords of sulfur and acidic seas Return to your realm Lead us Lead us through this sacred hell Give meaning to this life Panspermic Warlords Yield to the triumph of life Panspermic Warlords Yield to the heralds of chaos

about

The foundation of this album is based in the theory of panspermia, which in itself has no basis in science whatsoever. The theory assumes that all life in the universe stems from the same origin. As such, life was spread throughout the universe either by stardust, meteorites or even spaceships.
This album deals with the idea that all life was intentionally spread throughout the universe by an alien species. The war caste of the aforementioned species has been traversing space for millions of years in giant spaceships, while lying dormant in cryogenic sleep. These "panspermic warlords" plant their seed of life on uninhabited planets. This act is not conducted with noble intentions, but rather for the sole purpose of inhabiting as much of the universe as possible with their seed. In this way, the creation of life is equated to an act of war. The people and civilizations that are born of this process are thus exposed to an existence that is inherently futile.
While some tracks on this album directly explore the concept of the "panspermic warlords", others either directly or indirectly detail associated themes. As a result, the album does not exclusively deal with the theme of interstellar warfare, but also various attempts of humanoid life to overcome the burden of futility relating to the involuntary creation of their own existence.
